Greg Morris is a thirty plus year executive in the real estate investment, development, acquisition, financing and disposition industries.   Mr. Morris is a native Floridian.  He was raised in Miami and attended the University of Missouri in Columbia where he attained both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Finance. Upon graduation, Mr. Morris returned to Miami and was employed by AmeriFirst Federal Savings and Loan, an old line four billion dollar financial institution with roots going back to the 1930’s.

Mr. Morris has participated in a diverse variety of transactions in excess of $5 billion throughout Florida. These transactions have included downtown Miami office high rises, residential home building, large scale DRI developments, Bank REO Acquisitions and Sales, installment lot sale communities, retail shopping center purchases &  sales along with leasing, bank retail branch and bank operation center site selection planning and construction, as well as tens of thousands acres of vacant Florida land transactions. 

Mr. Morris joined Commercial Property Southwest Florida in 2009 as a principle and president.  CPSWFL is the exclusive Cushman and Wakefield Alliance Member for Southwest Florida.
