Patrick Berman joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1998 as a retail specialist. Since 1985, Mr. Berman has sold and leased over two billion dollars of commercial and residential properties in the U.S. and Canada. From 1999 to 2008 Patrick received a Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors Pinnacle Award for “Top Five” retail production in Tampa Bay (#1 in 2003 – 2008).

Patrick sells shopping centers, freestanding retail buildings and retail land. Mr. Berman also leases shopping centers and big box retail spaces. Patrick has also served as a tenant broker for Sprint, Simmons, Starbucks, Time Warner, Sears, Bright House Networks, Grow Financial Federal, Quest Diagnostics, Verizon and other prominent corporations.

Patrick has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. He is a member of the International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR) and the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB).
