John began his commercial real estate development career in 2003 with a primary focus on site acquisition, site development, and project management. In his role as CEO of a regional design build construction management firm, John was directly responsible for commercial site development projects totaling over 2,400± acres in the Tampa Bay market area.
John brings a wealth of knowledge to the Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Services and Land Services teams with his diverse background as a site developer, general contractor, and financial analyst. John specializes in the leasing, sales, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties and land sites for tenants, landlords, property investors, and owners.
John’s mission is to provide personalized advisory and marketing services that exceeds his clients expectations, assisting them in achieving all of their commercial real estate goals.
